Vehicle Inspections

Vehicle inspections can be done at the office during regular business hours. You will need your title, a valid drivers’ license and a $5.00 fee. Vehicle inspection parking spaces are available and are marked as such.

If you are in need of a Deputy coming to your residence to inspect your vehicle; Call our office and we will take the information for the “On the Road Inspection”. These inspection requests can take up to 14 days to be completed. Upon arrival there will need to be a licensed driver available, as well as the title to the vehicle and $15.00 inspection fee. Deputies most often times do not carry change, so exact change is best.

I would like to donate to local law enforcement but I am unsure how.

In Grant County we host many events that go towards raising money for our “Shop with a Cop” program. Every December the local law enforcement take children on a Christmas shopping spree. These children are hand-picked through each school in the community. If you would like to make a monetary donation, you can make a check Payable to Grant County Explorers Shop with a Cop, where the money will be saved and used towards helping the Families in need.

I am wanting to check my area for registered sex offenders.
